Methods to use when placing an order on-line:

Placing an order by: Credit Card, Check or Money Order.

Currency: Payments are processed in Canadian dollars.

The first step is to add items to your shopping cart, and then proceed with the following steps that correspond with your method of payment:

Option 1: Credit Card Purchases online

Place your order in our SECURE shopping cart, complete with your credit card number and expiry date.

Option 2: Placing Your Credit Card Order by Telephone or Fax

Please call us at 1-250-902-9701 to place an order by phone. You can print out an order form from my website if you wish.  If you are calling after hours, please leave your name, phone number, address, and place your order, and a description of your method of payment (giving credit card number if necessary) on our voice message system.

To place your order by fax, just choose the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print out an invoice to fax in with your payment. Fax it to us, 1-250-949-9765.

Option 3: Check or Money Order

Choose the "mail" option instead of sending your credit card number online. Then, print your order and send us either a cheque or money order (in Canadian funds). Shipping will have to be added to the order, contact me for a quote.  When we receive your payment, we'll ship your order (orders paid by cheque take a bit longer to ship as the cheques need to clear the bank first). Please indicate in the 'Comments' box that you will be sending a cheque or money order, and mail your payment to:

Sales Tax: Orders placed from within the Province of British Columbia will be subject to 5% GST and 7% PST on applicable items. The cost of shipping within BC is also subject to 5% GST and will be added manually.

Orders from outside BC but from within Canada will be subject to 5% GST on shipping and applicable items. GST will be shown on your order.

Shipping: Items requiring to be shipped will be sent via Bus or Canada Post, either Xpresspost or Expedited parcel, actual shipping charges plus GST apply.  There are no extra handling fees applied.  Parcels are usually insured for $100 (Canada Post), if extra insurance is required on parcels please let us know.  Extra insurance per Canada Post website...starts at .95 cents per $100.  Extra insurance will not be purchased for shipped items unless you tell us to do so.  If you request shipping by bus, $100 insurance is included in cost...if you require more coverage let us know.

We are committed to customer satisfaction. All digital designs, quilt patterns and books on this site are copyrighted materials and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable. Every effort is made to clearly display and describe the products on this site to enable you to make a suitable purchase. All digital designs, quilt patterns, books and “sale” items are final sales.
All other items in the online store are eligible for an in-store credit up to the value of the purchase price less a 20% restocking charge, for items returned to us within 10 business days and in the original packaging. Prior approval must be obtained before returning items for store credit. Should you receive a product that has a manufacturers’ defect, call Nadia at 1-250-902-9701 or email and we'll make it right!
