Longarm quilting service:
Nadia Wilson Designs’ policy is to communicate as much as needed before hand and during quilting as some issues sometimes arise once started, and to have a signed work order from the customer. There will be correspondence by email and/or phone. If there should, by chance, be any problems once the quilting is done, it is the quilt top piecers/owners responsibility to remove any quilting in question and Nadia Wilson Designs will quilt it again no charge for labour costs per square inch only for the second time (thread and/or other set-up charges do apply). The quilt top owner must notify Nadia Wilson Designs within 48 hours of pick-up if there is a problem with the quilting and before removing any quilting done. The quilt will need to be returned to the studio at the owners’ expense for evaluation by both parties.

As the payment of these machines take place through APQS head office, their return/refund policy is in effect.
